Craft Beers
In some ways our hardest Beer to source. Craft Breweries were loathe to commit to the time and energy needed to produce a lager to rival our continental cousins . We now have a range of lagers on Can but Shindigegr have stepped up and this Pilsner style lager will satisfy for freshness and flavour without demanding an NVQ in ale appreciation. Lager is no shame here at HOBO for this isnt gassy corporate fizz for sure!
SPIRITS : GINS
Although this is our house Gin it is anything but 'Bog Standard'. Made by the multi-disciplined brewer/distillers at BigBog. watch out for some of the more exotic treats they have in the pipeline!
Scousers get everywhere. What happens when a local traveller looks for a reason to visit his favourite part of france - this wonderful Gin is the result! Made in the Cognac region it is steeped for 8 weeks in cognac casks for an unforgettabele rich loveliness.... Pat recommends Ginger Ale and a slice of Lime with this beauty.

Aged a minimim of 6 yrs. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg.
